Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your Moontime Diary purchase. If you need to return an item, the following conditions apply.

Change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • in their original condition
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Once the returned item has been received and checked, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at moontimeoffice@gmail.com with your order details and, where possible, a photo showing the problem.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by our change-of-mind returns policy.
